User: I purchased Kalo maybe two years ago, and I notice that you now say it will reduce re-growth by 10 percent, but at the time your claim was that it would reduce re-growth by 20 percent.

I am interested in giving the product another try, and persevering with multiple waxings and Kalo applications.

Last time I only did one waxing, applied the Kalo as directed, but never repeated the process, because I did not see an appreciable decrease in re-growth......20 percent would have been noticeable.

Why the more conservative claim, now?.....I can work with 10 percent, and probably wouldn't have been discouraged if that was the original claim (Not that I saw a 10 percent reduction, though).

Also, I think I noticed on the forum that you are saying that it will be more effective on some people than others....Can you tell me what people have the best and worst effects....I am assuming demographics come into play...I guess what I am asking is what kind of results can I expect....I am male, mixed race Black/White, with relatively light skin, but fairly coarse hair....My biggest concern is chest hair.

Admin: We have never claimed 20% that may have been someone that retailed the product and didnt understand how it works. I would suggest that you try it again. You can expect about a 10% reduction each session but sometimes it can take 3-4 sessions to see significant results. The results do vary from person to person and body part to body part. We have not really seen any correlation with demographics.

Admin: If you are shaving you should use it after every shave. If you are waxing or electrolysis you should use it 3 times each day for the first 2 days after the treatment. You can use deoderant after the 3rd application each day.
